I'm usually not one to complain about this, because who
cares
, I don't need VIP treatment, but this was to the point that I almost asked them if I was bothering them.

And none of these questions seemed to be because they wanted a tip or were working an angle, they seemed to genuinely
care
and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay, which I was and very much did.

I retorted that if you take
care
of stains promptly, and also vacuum every day, the dirt wouldn't get ground in and look crappy.

The van picked us up at the airport (the web site doesn't tell you that it only comes every 30 minutes, not on demand) but neither of us could get the seat belts to work and the driver didn't seem to
care
.

) My only problem was a condescending attitude by some of the male front desk clerks (others were great), but the general manager took
care
of that problem for me.

The bottom line here is that the staff really doesn`t
care
about its guests and the rooms are awful.

I've stayed in worn out places before and all I really
care
about is the Hilton Serenity bed which it had, but as I went to wash my face with the washrag I noticed it was yellowed and very old with stains.
