1. The staff was not too helpful, the food in the cafe upstairs was not very good, except for the breakfast which was fine.

5. All of the hotel and casino and cafe/buffet staff are great ,of course there is always the odd exception but don't tell me you don't get that in the high end bracket either,everbody has a bad day now and then.

9. All in all we never had a single complaint about the hotel, except my friend who saw 1 tiny cockroach upon arrival in our room, we never saw a single one after that.
