The check in process was ok, however the gentleman that checked us in was a bit rude and really seemed not to
care
about us as individuals at all.

Management and front desk are at best smug, rude, and unprofessional and they dont
care
about providing any service because they have a big supply of clients.

She seemed to show little
care
about my experience even though I had explained that this was my third visit, I would of expected a few kind words to apologise for any inconveniences, but instead a blank 'I dont
care
' expression and that was it.

(Even the free Wifi at Starbucks within the complex is disabled)Be
care
ful not to take anything out of the fridge for more than a minute (even just to look at it) you will trip the sensor and be charged.

But to get it cleaned up it took 3 employees to not give enough of a
care
to address it (Cameron at the front desk, the security operator and the security officer that got the drunk into his room).

Returned from dinner with yet another note saying it had been fixed - it was still not -- and had engineering back i at 11pm and until after midnight when they said ' we got it pushing cold air - but if you turn it down it will kick off and not come on so let it get as cold as you can stand it before you turn it down , because once it goes off you'll have to call us to get it back on' I am pretty tolerant w properties and have stayed in some not so nice ones with great staff and some nice ones with crappy staff and I was was amazed at the complete lack of effort to at least pretend to
care
.

Frustrated, as it was already a late arrival, I could tell that she could
care
less, and rather than causing a scene, I agreed to just paid for the upgrade so I could get some sleep.
