1. The agent told me no rooms were ready in that tower (10:30 am), but would I accept an upgrade to a suite in another tower.

3. When the engineering gentleman arrived with a 3ft power strip, I accepted it, thanked him and then went to the front desk and asked how I was supposed to use this as I was still almost 6 feet from the wall socket.
