1. We received the usual Hilton service however note that this is Garden Inn and thus there may not be anyone around to help you with luggage.

5. The property is very clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and since we spent a bit more for the suite, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids).
