1. If you're looking for a hotel for your first stay in Vegas then this might not be the best choice as it's a reasonable distance from the 'action' on the strip.

3. If you are making a reservation and using any of the options on rates, don't assume that the firts ones they give you the best rates, As an example, the current GSA (federal government rate) is $99/night, but the page that first displays is for 'junior suites' with a gov rate of $149.
