3. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and the receptionist made a real effort to put us in a room with a view, this has been previously mentioned but the hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel only from the hotel to the airport.

4. At warm welcome at checkin, and they had used my HHonors preferences and we got a room on the top floor which is reserved for HHonors members only.

Ralph (the hotel Ambassador) never left the lobby floor when people were around, and you could see him constantly speaking to guests and I can tell you that he spoke to us on many occasions just to make sure all was going ok and to make small talk, an incredible, incredible way to make someone feel welcome and at home.
