1. This is new for us because we have been to many Embassy Suites in fact this is the only chain we like to stay with, and all their staff is generally very friendly and very customer oriented.

5. The rooms were in fact very large and included two pretty nice flat-screen tvs, and when one of ours didn't work, they sent someone up in less than a minute who swapped out the bad one for a brand new one.
