1. Even as we were checking out (a very quick and efficient process again) the Valet enquired as to our destination (McCarran Airport) and rushed off to negotiate a price with a waiting limo driver, then came back to confirm we were happy with it.

4. The valet parking is free and they are very efficient, the newspaper is free, the gym is free and is a really nice gym for a hotel.

The not so grand:- no restaurant (casual or elegant)- confusing (driving) signs to direct you the hotel entrance when arriving @ night- cheap & not enough toiletries for a suite- cheap (non-fluffy) towels- no coffee-maker in studio suite- lobby/front desk could use a maker-overThe grand:- no casino= no smoking- quiet & convenient (1 block from the strip; kitty-corner behind PH mall)- comfy, firm beds w/ great down pillows & comforter- well stocked kitchen (in 1 bedroom suite)- professional, efficient, friendly staff (valet, front desk, housekeeping)If you need the space (more room/bedrooms, kitchen), this place fits the bill.
