1. Staff were polite and professional; our bed was very comfy; and, with the exception of the first hour or so after arriving, we never heard anyone else on our floor so, a very quiet and enjoyable stay.

2. It is a non-smoking property except for a few outside areas, and for those of you who love that when you enter from MGM or off of the elevator you will smell the clean perfumed air that they have pumping in to accentuate that point.

4. Without a doubt this is most of the most exceptional properties I have ever stayed at (I have been to all 3 Hyatt Hawaii Locations as well and Bonita Springs in South FLA) BUT because I booked through 'bluechip' my resort fee ($25.
