1. They stated the room they had blocked me for was still not clean, and that no one had called to 'rush' the room, but there are other rooms on a lower floor.

5. The carpets needed a cleaning; when you check into a hotel, you expect cleanliness but the carpet in our room was dirty, worn, and haggard-looking.

6. Not only was the room and its grounds beautiful and clean, it also gave us a Resort experience.
