4. The woman never asked us how long we were staying (which we needed to change) , what newspaper we would like in the morning ( they always ask), no happy birthday ( even though it was stated when we made a reservation).

6. I realize not everyone needs to feel pampered when they are travelling: some people are happy with a bed and cable tv (and in Vegas, a casino downstairs).

7. I was happy that there was no casino in that part of the hotel since I do not like to participate in that and in most hotels you must walk through the casino to reach the theater or other activity.

9. When we got back to our suite after dinner our children were so happy to see their welcome cookies with their names on the plates and their personalized bath sponges.
