1. The hotel is attractive and well-kept but the level of service (friendly, helpful employees to greet you at every turn); attention to detail; and anticipating needs -- and acting on them quickly that made me a fan.

5. And the service at the pool was more attentive than the Mandarin but the pool was pretty cold - on hot blistering days I'm sure it heats up but when it's mid to high 70s outside, they pool should be heated to a comfortable level.
