Difficult to access, run down neighborhood (but safe), old facility, very reasonably priced, nice breakfast bar, pool, clean and cheap laundry, large new 40' flat screen TV w/HBO & 2, coffee service in the room and lobby, free Wi-Fi internet (fast), fridge and micro wave, safe, iron and ironing board, comfortable king size bed, computer in the lobby (2), friendly staff.

5. new A/c which are very quiet compered to other hotels the internet is flawless and free any where in the hotel also there is a brand new excersise room with new equipment.
