Difficult to access, run down neighborhood (but safe), old facility, very reasonably priced, nice breakfast bar, pool, clean and cheap laundry, large new 40' flat screen TV w/HBO & 2, coffee service in the room and lobby, free Wi-Fi internet (fast), fridge and micro wave, safe, iron and ironing board, comfortable king size bed, computer in the lobby (2), friendly staff.

10. We thought we would at least get some relief from the heat once we got into our room, but they are apparently not concerned here for the comfort of their guests because the A/C in our room was off.
