1. I told her I didn't ask for anything for free and it is not my issued if I have to leave the hotel and you don't know when I will be able to check in because you don't have clean linens.

5. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and flexible when it comes to working (outer room has table with power plugs right next to it at waist height (not a foot off the floor), extra chairs, sofa, etc.

9. Hotel is clean, neat, bed is comfortable, staff is friendly, so it's almost prefect, the reason i didn't give 5 star is its internet is slow, it will be a problem if you need use internet to plan next day's activity or get some work done.
