1. One night I called to request additional fresh towels for the morning, which were promptly provided, but I definitely missed a nightly turndown and the refreshing of the room that goes along with it.

9. A large space with top-of-the-line treadmills, weightlifting machines of every sort, ellipticals, and stationery bicycles makes for a great workout, and free headphones, and fresh fruit and water make it luxurious.
