2. I was pleasantly surprised by a few items that were better than what I expected, like Wolfgang Puck's coffee, white ginger soap bar (smells good), body lotion (not all hotels provide this), and manager's reception in the evening (chips & salsa, soft drink, and wine/beer I think).

A few things we were pleasantly surprised about: full breakfast every morning (everything from eggs, meats, and homemade waffles to yogurt, fruit and oatmeal); the beautiful patio area beside the pool (room for several tables); the wonderful service from the front desk (we asked and received many great recommendations for restaurants, shopping areas, quick and easy directions); great internet access.
