4. :) Customer service was great as well - for example, we and several of the other guests had signed up for the SXSW shuttle, and the manager encouraged us to have some of the free beverages and snacks during the hotel's happy hour that was going on while he kept a look out for the shuttle.

10. From Monday to Thursday the had a Manager courtesy happy hour ( from PM to 7:30 PM) where the offer free fruits, snacks, wine, beer and cocktails ( three per person).
