WIFI is always good3) In door Jaquzie / luckily no one was using it b/c it was public4) Fast maintenance personal and very friendlyCON:1) I was promised a King from the Night Manager 3 weeks before the stay, b/c of a mistake on the booking, but for some strange reason my Room was given away and I had to stay in a double bed2) No FREE BREAKFAST I was under the impression I was until the wait staff follow me and advise me I had to pay.

4. Sundries - The front desk has an adjacent sundry shop with snack items and drinks for a reasonable price (which was nice since the vending machines on the guest room floors were either inoperable or non-existant - see below)CONS: Wear and Tear: Rooms are very clean as stated above but are starting to show some age (worn carpets, chips in tub tiles, etc)Air Conditioning: The A/C units in the guest rooms work well but are very loud.

5. If you are looking for a place closer to the airport, downtown, the university - then I`d recommend staying elsewhere, but this is a very reasonable property, with good rates, mainly because it`s a little further out of the way.
