1. I was surprised that someone would put us in a room where the tv doesn't work as it is a pretty nice thing to have when your trying to unwind after a long day.

2. the good: once we got the new room, it was very nice and quiet, tv worked, and the other manager who promised us our room originally ended up knocking off 100 dollars per night on our bill for first two nights in the crappy room.

3. the rooms are more cabin feel than an ultra modern feel that we got at other kimpton rooms but they are still nice.

6. When we called the front desk to have someone come look at it, they sent someone right away who was very nice, but he informed us that the tv in our room had not been working for the last two weeks.

7. This is great if you want to get out and exercise your pup or take a nice walk up the hill yourself.

8. Some nice extra amenities were the free in-town shuttle, comp breakfast buffet and hot chocolate in the lobby in the afternoon (great when returning from skiing.
