We had a great time at the Hotel Jerome, and I would be really glad if you couldinform everyone that we were really highly impressed with absolutely everyone we haddealings with, from our room cleaner (room 316) to the people in the breakfastrestaurant, through the guys on the door and the people in reception, to yourself.

5. I was under the impression the American tipping system (as in Australia) was for those being served to use their own judgement as to what level of appreciation they would show for the level of service they received.
