1. The studios do not have balconies but our room had a small table with 2 chairs directly in front of windows with outstanding view of down town and the mountains.

2. The LOCATION of the Hyatt is outstanding - across the street or just 1 block away from everything Aspen has to offer, including the Gondola, the bus station (for transfers to the other ski mountains), and countless good restaurants.
