1. All that said, our room was very beautiful, the bed was so inviting and comfortable, there were more towels than we could use and the management on hand while not effective at solving the inconsiderate housekeeper problems were responsive and did try to follow-up.

3. The one good thing was that the hotel's front desk manager, Justin Barnard, went above and beyond his responsibilities in trying to make us happy, even though it was not technically his area to handle.
