1. When we returned from the pool, there were 6 BIG chocalate chip cookies with happy birthday written on the plate.

4. The one good thing was that the hotel's front desk manager, Justin Barnard, went above and beyond his responsibilities in trying to make us happy, even though it was not technically his area to handle.

5. Regis Aspen during Xmas week 3 other times in the past 5 years and were always very happy,but this time we noticed a difference in that our room felt like it was in need of a renovation, which we later heard will be underway later this year.

7. Upon arrival she was greated with a 'happy birthday' (we were asked prior to check in if we were celebrataing a special occasion) A few hours after check in a cake was brought to our rooom for her.
