1. He did nothing to make any of the guests feel welcomed and the whole time while he is treating these guests like crap his manager is standing right there and was turning a blind eye to all of this.

2. On the welcome piece of paper it said for your protection to use the dead bolt and put the do not distrub sign on the door while your asleep.
