1. everything in the bathroom was chipped & coming off, the door wasn't very secure, but the biggest thing in the room was the ceiling - it had a major crack in it & was sagging in.

2. from the hotel it's 15 minutes to security only if you book it & cut through the Grand Californian (which took us a few days to figure out), if you don't you can add another 15 minutes minimum.

3. They only had one (metal) key to the first room because someone lost the other one and apparently they don't change the locks - poor security.
