(Note to hotel: Perhaps the hotel check-in staff can mention this to guests when they check in?)PROS:- Room was recently renovated, with nice modern decor, large flat screen tv, ipod dock on clock radio, large desk & dresser with lots of desktop space, plenty of outlets for plugging in electronics/etc, lots of counter and shelf space in the bathroom- Variety of hot breakfast buffet choices are an upgrade from free continental breakfasts you find at most hotels.

6. Booking tours was a hassle to them, they made plenty of mistakes (booking one tour when it should have been something else, giving out false information, wrong pricing) and it just shouldn't have happened.

It was well lit and had access from a few different doors (all with security access with your room key)Security: The hotel had one security guard onsite each night (nights are very quiet at this end of Harbour Ave)Check Out: We chose to check out the night before our departure (some of us) There was no one again to assist with luggage, but I really needed help this time, so security was sent down with a baggage trolley to assist which I appreciatedAdditional info: There are plenty of places to eat for all budgets in the area within 5 to 15 min walk.

9. A 9 night stay here at the Red Lion provided me with plenty of opportunity to see the good and not so good and to probably meet all the staff at some point.
