3. We didn't care about the beds but had to call down and ask them to send someone to empty our wastebaskets (which were full) and bring clean towels, which they did.

4. That said, if you don't care where you sleep and want to be close to convention center, it is fine to stay here, and they give parking to thier guests, no paying 20 dollars a day like the other hotels.

7. I spent about 3 1/2 hours total on the phone with Expedia while they argued back and fourth with The Red Lion but it got taken care of.

9. I had a minor issue as I am a nursing mother and needed a quiet room to take care of some business as I had been driving since 530am.

10. Had a minor problem with our door not locking one of the times we came home from the park, but a quick call to the front desk and it was taken care of very quickly.
