1. They had even said that if that did not take care of it, they would even replace the dishwasher right away - luckily that did not have to happen - but says something that they will take care of you.

3. Only thing bad I could say was the pool towels were way too small and they needed to work on their equipment in the fitness center but being right after the holidays maybe they will take care of that soon.
