3. You can see the fireworks from the balcony which was cool (you could hear the fireworks at 9:30 every night- not so cool if you want to head to bed early.

4. The air con unit in the room was pretty noisy and not too great at cooling the room - we were there in June and it was relatively warm but not really hot - so it would probably be worse in the middle of summer.

9. Comfortable soft beds, very clean, no smells, and newer remodeling, New AC units that kept us cool, didn't hear any noise other then some kids excited to go to the park in the mornings.
