7. The wireless internet was up and down like a yo yo wch disappointed me, but truth be told, there was plenty of info on troubleshooting the internet if you had trouble (even a hotline to phone to get it working) but I just didnt care enough to phone or bother.

9. Supposedly breakfast goes until 9:30 but two mornings I arrived at 9:00 and 9:15 to find it very poorly stocked as if they don't care to tend it after a certain point.
