3. When I pointed out the noise issue the response was 'when you rang and asked for a quiet room they recommended the room on the end so you wouldn't be in the middle with neighbours'.

4. When I politely told him that I had already phoned out from reception and that I had a phone card to use so that it would not cost them anything his response was 'It's hotel policy to not let guests use our phones'.

5. Of course when you call to speak with the manager the manager claims they are not responsible for items lost or stolen.
