3. There is a charge for parking and it is very tight but when there was no space a valet helped us out by parking and retrieving the car from overflow, we had no problems with this considering the amount we saved staying here.

7. There was minor cosmetic damage in the room that if repaired would really help it look nicer but it was just cosmetic (scratches and dings and some cracks etc.

10. Rooms are pretty clean (carpet, is probably a 2), hotel staff helpful and friendly, pool is ok and great cause it's indoors so when you want to go for an after dinner swim you're not in the cold.
