1. We arived to the hotel around 11:00am on Friday february 10, 2012 and the front desk clerk was nice enough to let us park early even though check-in wasn't until 3pm but when we returned around 8:30pm their was a different clerk and he was so rude and very un welcoming so it put us in a bad mood real quick, it seem as if he just wanted to give us our hotel keys and get rid of us he was an older man in his forties wit a mustache :( but once we got into our room and changed into our swim trunks and went down to the pool to see the fireworks it just made us grateful we picked this hotel even though the service he gave us sucked lol but over all great experience Happy Hour is Great after a long day at Disney land :) I would come back again and one more thing if u like music and a 24hr pool and like to party this is the hotel for u.
