1. I didn't care for the jacuzzi, the jets didn't really do anything and it was incredibly loud.

8. I know that this review may sound narrow-minded as it only addresses one particular fault of the hotel, but I'm writing this specifically for people, like myself, who don't care to be around excessive amounts of second-hand smoke, and want to protect their children from it.

9. The entire staff were so helpful, the front desk staff went out of there way ensure that are needs were taken care of, mainly Arthur and Victoria, when are shuttle refused to take us to LAX, they were so quick to get us another mode of transportation.
