7. The hotel is clean and friendly and safe a big plus, the staff have a good knowledge of the local area and LA itself, they will go out of there way to help the guest's, just please remember they are human.

8. Watch out for the alcohol prices though very expensive, about $12 a beer, but the food is good and not too expensive.
