1. It's been a week, have not heard from general manager and upon closer inspection with my credit card company, not only have they NOT credited my account back but they are also charging some mysterious charge that I do not recognize.

2. Finally, Carousel charged me twice for the room and when I actually caught it on my credit card statement they said that they would reverse the charge immediately and forward my complaints to the general manager.

3. generally, the room was clean, but you wouldn't really notice because of the outdated decor.

5. I generally like this hotel because it is almost directly across the street from the pedestrian entrance to Disneyland, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the room comes with a free continental breakfast.

9. As far as the pool, I personally don't usually swim at hotels while in Disneyland because I am generally preoccupied with being in Disneyland.
