The only one less than positive experience was when we arrived back to the hotel the first day at around 4:45PM there had been not housekeeping service and when I asked the management, they stated that they had up to 5PM to provide this service, but they then asked me if I would like housekeeping to take care of it right away.

7. It seemed that the reviews were largely negative on rooms that were not yet renovated (bedbugs, dirty) and positive on the renovated ones.

10. We had 2 young (1,3years) children with us and they did all that they could to make sure that our stay was a positive experience.
