6. The staff were friendly when I was checking in and checking out - the maid was even nice when we showed up for our afternoon break from the park, and she quickly and quietly did her job so we could rest.

10. This hotel had everthing we needed, comfy beds, clean and quiet room, nice heated pool, WIFI, parking, free coffee/tea juice and snacks, but I wouldn't really call it a continental breakfast, no fruit or toast etc.
