3. It tends to be significantly cheaper(if not the most inexpensive) than most other hotels in the area and they do let you keep your car there if you are going to Disneyland.

4. Nearby restaurants within walking distance are Ihop (expensive and not very good) Millie's (our personal favorite for breakfast and cheaper than Ihop) Mimi Cafe, McDonald's,Subway.
