1. I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews about the trains - the price and location for our family of 5 seemed like a good deal and I figured I could just request a room 'away from the train tracks' like previous reviewers had suggested.

2. I started reading about bed bugs online and where they like to nest, so I pulled the bed away from the wall and lifted up the top mattress and looked at the bed skirt and found a nest of them right in the center.

8. Our rooms are always clean, love the Marriott beds and anytime we have a complaint or need something (like extra shampoo or pillows) it taken care of immediately.

9. First of all I hated the trains since like 4:30 in the morning very noisy sounded like I was next to the tracks, cleanliness well where can I start the room was clean but we waited for days to get serviced I would have to call for dish soap or TP, towels, etc.

10. Also I was under the impression when I asked about the shuttle bus for Disneyland that it just went back and forth like an airport shuttle but it was more like City Transportation so it took about an hour to get back to the hotel.
