1. First of all I hated the trains since like 4:30 in the morning very noisy sounded like I was next to the tracks, cleanliness well where can I start the room was clean but we waited for days to get serviced I would have to call for dish soap or TP, towels, etc.

2. Anyway - Overall I have to give it an "OK", with decent cleanliness, service and location (with the exception of the railroad tracks), and a "Fair" rating for the room.
