The room was small and unremarkable, there was no
welcoming
bag (unlike the Pepper Tree), and the wi-fi situation here is one per device, just like the Pepper Tree, AND $5 per device.

The front desk service is comparable to a 5 star hotel with very attentive, polite and
welcoming
attendants.

They were not unfriendly, but for a place with such obvious pride in ownership, we would have expected a warmer
welcom
e and more helpful attitude.
