1. As far as kids taking over the place is concerned we never felt that this was a problem as there are plenty of areas to choose from.

We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath with an ocean view and it was just supurb, the appliances were all Viking prefessional quality, the beds and linens were so comfortable, the rooms were all so large that no one got in each others way, even the bathrooms were so large there was plenty of room for everyones stuff.
