2. The hotel has room service and a lovely beachfront restaurant on property that we enjoyed several times when we just felt like having someone else do the cooking.

3. Fully appointed kitchen and decent size room was what drew us to it and you can expect it to look exactly like their website photos, which is pleasant surprise.

4. Downside of the rooms: too dark in the bathrooms (as a chick, I struggled applying make-up and not looking like a street-walker) and make sure to rinse your dishes well as the maids just shove them in the dishwasher and turn it on, so they are not always clean when it's done.

5. The maid service is underwhelming, but you really do feel as though you've rented your own condo for the week, so it wasn't like we expected much in the way of maid service.
