4. Two comfortable beds, and a crib was provided per request (which was just like we have used at other similar hotel/motels).

5. This is the kind of service that we will tell everyone about because she went out of her way to make sure my kids were happy and I really appreciate people like that.

6. When you call to complain about the interenet service, they act like your inconvienceing them and when you ask for a actuall manager, you never get one but another kid who is pretending to be a manager.

8. It was getting dark and looking like rain, so we wrapped the hose and limped into the Holiday Inn with a broken window.

9. This place was a complete nightmare and when I constantly requested to speak to a manager, it seemed like the staff kept preventing me to speak to a manager and kept on stating that they were the managers.
