5. maybe it's a mac thing but every time I closed my laptop and re-opened it I had to start a new window and log in again.

7. The neighborhood is not great in the immediate area (it's near the intersection of two interstates), but the hotel itself was quiet and it is handy to old town Albuquerque and the University of new Mexico.
