1. This was due to the fact that we had added the extra day to our booking but the attitude of the staff on at the time was definitely different to what we had experienced before, this however did not ruin our trip and we would certainly recommend this hotel, and loved our time in Albuquerque.

4. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was lovely (with the exception of a strange odor that never really went away and the loud airconditioner - why is it that hotels buy the noisiest units made?).
