1. The staff was friendly and the Club Level lounge was great for breakfast and afternoon 'happy hour' although it was not open for use during other times of the day as some club lounges are at other Sheratons.

3. Why would anyone stay (pay) at a top-dollar Sheraton club floor when they can get free breakfast AND free happy hour at, let's just say, an Embassy Suites or some other cheesy moderate hotel? (oh, and i won't mention the pay-for internet.

10. The rooms were very clean on the 8th floor and the kids really enjoyed the happy hour from 5-8 and breakfast in the morning.
